Registration for the fall session of Community Tables is now open. Community Tables is a five-week training program that equips you with the skills and knowledge to run a healthy meal or snack program at your organization. Each week our facilitators will guide you through the curriculum developed by nutritionists and experienced food program coordinators. Sessions include time in the classroom and hands-on experience in the kitchen. You will learn how to cook for clients with diabetes, menu plan and read nutrition labels. Community Tables will leave you inspired and ready to make healthy changes in your organization!
Registration fees are $100 per participant and cover program costs including training materials, take away resources, and groceries.
The fall session runs Wednesday morning from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, November 1st to 29. Deadline for registration has been extended to October 24.
