This past weekend a group of curious Winnipeggers got a chance to meet their meat at our first ever Pork Chop fundraiser!
A dozen folks spent the afternoon on Saturday at The Food Studio learning all about the art of Butchery from local experts. From pork chops to bacon, it was a real nose-to-tail experience.
